These extension rods, designed for use with the SMP Enlarger device can extend the top length of the male penis from 5" to 7.5" (an increase of 2.5" over the original SMP Enlarger). These are ideal for men who want to continue the growth that they have experienced with the standard rods. You get a pair of extender rods for use with your SMP Device. A SMP Enlarger is sold separately.
