EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right comes from EU consumer law and is separate from our standard returns policy. For an eligible withdrawal we refund your money to your original payment method. It runs alongside our standard policy, so you can choose whichever gives you the better outcome.

Who can use the right of withdrawal?

This statutory right is for consumers in the European Union and EEA who buy for personal use. It does not apply to business purchases. It runs alongside our standard returns policy, so if you are an EU consumer you can choose whichever option gives you the better outcome for your situation.

How long do I have?

You have 14 days to tell us you are withdrawing. The clock starts the day you, or someone you name, receives the goods. If your order arrives in several parts on different days, the 14 days start the day the last item arrives. After you notify us, you then have 14 days to send the goods back.

How do I withdraw?

Tell us with any clear statement before the 14 days are up. You can email info@healthyandactive.com, use live chat, or call us, and you may use the model withdrawal form below. You do not need an account or a reason. We will confirm we received your withdrawal by email.

Can I open and inspect the item?

Yes. You may handle and inspect the item as you would in a shop and still withdraw. You lose the right only if the item has a hygiene seal and that seal has been opened or removed, since sealed intimate and personal items cannot be returned once unsealed for health reasons.

What will you refund?

We refund the price you paid, any tax we collected at checkout, and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option, back to your original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, or from the day you show proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

What is not refunded?

If you chose a faster delivery upgrade, we refund only the cost of our cheapest standard option, not the upgrade. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. Any duties, tariffs, or import taxes you paid to your government or carrier are not refunded by us, since we never received them.

Can my refund be reduced?

Yes, if the item shows handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. If the goods come back used or damaged beyond a normal shop style inspection, we may reduce your refund to reflect that diminished value. Returning the item complete and in good condition protects your full refund.

How do I send the goods back?

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked, insured service so your return is protected in transit and you have proof of postage, which also lets us refund you as soon as you can show the item is on its way.

Reclaiming import VAT and duty

If you paid import VAT or customs duty to bring the order into your country, you may be able to reclaim it from your own customs authority after you withdraw. We will provide proof of the withdrawal and refund to support your claim.
