What payment methods do you accept?
Healthy & Active proudly accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. If placing your order through the mail we accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and personal checks.

Can I save my credit/bank card information?
Healthy & Active never keeps credit card information on file. Each time you place an order with our company you will need to input your payment information.

What are the shipping costs and options?
The shipping cost will depend on the size of your order. In order to view the most current shipping charges for your particular order, feel free to use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of your shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code, state and country. The calculator will display the most recent shipping options and fees.
    Note:  Heavier items may incur additional shipping charges.

Where’s my order?

Tracking details are available in your Healthy and Active account. Log into your account, and click on the most recent order number in your order history. Your tracking number and link will be on top of your order details.

If you checked out as a guest or were not logged into your account when placing your order, a shipment notification containing tracking details is emailed within 48 Hrs. from when the order was submitted. Once an order has been placed, it usually cannot be canceled or updated. Due to the streamlined nature of our processing, orders are sent immediately to shipping and we are usually unable to retrieve individual packages due to the high volume of orders.
