Ordering

What will show on my bank statement?

Healthy & Active respects your privacy, even with your bank. Your statement shows only HLTHY&ACT 714-907-1030, so nothing reveals what you ordered.

How do I place an order?

You can order three ways: online through our website, by phone, or by mail. See our How to Order page for the steps for each method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For mail orders we also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks.

Do you store my card information?

No. We never keep your card on file. You enter your payment details each time you order, and they go only to our payment processor over a secure connection.

Do you offer free shipping?

Will my order be discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging, and your statement shows only HLTHY&ACT 714-907-1030.

What are the shipping costs and options?

Shipping is based on the size and weight of your order and your destination. Use the shipping calculator in your cart, or see Shipping and Delivery. Some heavier items may add shipping cost.

Where is my order?

Tracking is in your account: log in and open your most recent order to find the tracking number and link. Guests get a shipment email with tracking within 48 hours of ordering. See Track Your Order for help.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return an unwanted item within 15 days of delivery for store credit, and exchange a defective item within 30 days. Every return needs an approved RMA. See Returns and Exchanges for the full policy and steps.

Can I cancel an order?

Once placed, orders usually cannot be canceled or changed, because they move straight to shipping. Email info@healthyandactive.com right away, and if we can honor it, we will issue store credit for the cancellation.
