We make returns and exchanges straightforward. You can return an unwanted item within 15 days of delivery for store credit, and exchange a defective item within 30 days. Returns are settled as store credit or an exchange rather than a cash refund, and every return needs an approved RMA number before you send it back.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact our customer care team at info@healthyandactive.com or by live chat to request an RMA, a Returned Materials Authorization. Have your name, order number, item SKU number, and the reason for the return ready so we can help faster. We then issue an RMA number, and it must be written on the box.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Unwanted items can come back within 15 days of delivery for store credit, minus a disposal fee. You are responsible for return shipping to us. We strongly recommend you fully insure the shipment and choose a carrier that provides proof of delivery, so you are protected if the package is lost or damaged in transit.

How do I exchange a defective item?

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, you have 30 days from delivery. We will replace it with the same item or provide store credit for the price you paid. We may ask you to send the item back so our returns team can validate the defect before we ship your replacement.

What condition do returns need to be in?

Returns must be 100 percent complete. Include all original boxes and packing materials, keep the original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and return all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation from the manufacturer. Incomplete returns cannot be processed for full credit, and any unapproved return is also subject to a disposal fee.

Will I be refunded to my card?

No. Returns are settled as store credit or an exchange, not as a cash or card refund. Once your return reaches our warehouse and our returns team processes it, we email you and issue store credit for the price you paid, minus the disposal fee on unwanted returns.

Why is there a disposal fee?

Intimate and personal items that have been opened cannot be resold for health and safety reasons, so unwanted returns are settled for store credit minus a disposal fee that covers handling and safe disposal. Any return sent without an approved RMA number is also subject to that fee, so always request an RMA first.

I am in the EU. What are my rights?
