Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow it from our California warehouse to your door. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific ship the same day, so your tracking usually arrives quickly.

How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. Click the link, or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website, to see the latest status and the expected delivery date for your package.

I have not received tracking yet. What should I do?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific ship the same day, but it can take a little time for the confirmation email to arrive and for the carrier to scan the package. Check your spam folder first. If a full day has passed with no email, contact our customer care team and we will look it up.

My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?

Usually not. Carriers sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to post a new scan, especially over weekends and holidays, even though your package is moving. If your tracking has not changed for several days, reach out to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier for you.

How do I track an international order?

International orders ship worldwide and are tracked the same way, using the link in your shipping email. Once a package reaches the destination country it may pass to a local carrier, and customs processing can add time. Duties or import taxes, if any, are set by your country and paid by you.
