How to submit a request

Use the request tools on this page, or email info@healthyandactive.com with the type of request and the email address on your account. We verify your identity to protect your information and respond within the time your local law allows. You may also use an authorized agent where the law permits.

Who this covers

These rights apply under the laws that may cover you, including the California CCPA and CPRA, other US state privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Florida, Oregon, Texas, and Montana, the EU and UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, Japan's APPI, and the Australian and New Zealand Privacy Acts.
