What information do we collect?

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number, when you place an order, create an account, or contact us with a question. We also collect limited information automatically when you browse, including your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to:

• process and ship your orders and provide customer service
• communicate with you about your order, our products, and offers you asked to receive
• improve our site, products, and services, and analyze trends
• protect the security and integrity of our site and business, and prevent fraud
• meet legal and regulatory obligations

Do we sell or share your information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as shipping carriers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and email and SMS platforms, and we do not allow them to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights or others, or as part of a business sale where the buyer agrees to honor this policy.

Discreet shipping and billing

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging, and your billing statement shows only HLTHY&ACT 714-907-1030, so nothing reveals what is inside. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more.

Cookies and analytics

We make limited use of cookies, small data files stored by your browser, mainly to recognize return visits and keep the site working smoothly. We do not store personally identifiable information in cookies. We also work with analytics providers such as Google Analytics, which use first and third party cookies to help us understand how the site is used. You can opt out through your browser settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt out tool. We do not transfer personal information to these vendors.

SMS and text message marketing

If you opt in to SMS marketing, we collect and store your mobile number and your consent record, and we use them only to send the messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell your mobile number. Your consent records, including the date, time, method of consent, and the disclosure shown to you at sign up, are kept for at least 5 years to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, applicable state laws, and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. How we use tracking technology for SMS cart reminders

Some carriers require a clear description of how we capture, store, and transmit abandoned cart data to send SMS cart reminders. We use cookies, session tokens, server side event webhooks, and third party platform plugins for this, and only if you have actively opted in to SMS marketing.

Capture

When you add products to your cart, a first party cookie or session token is created on your device and linked to your cart contents, timestamps, and session. If you have opted in to SMS marketing, our SMS platform associates that session with your subscriber profile. A server side webhook sends cart data, such as contents, item values, and session identifiers, to our SMS platform when cart activity occurs. None of this happens unless you have opted in.

Storage

Cart session data is stored in our SMS platform provider's encrypted, access controlled environment, and is kept only as long as needed to decide whether to send a reminder, typically no longer than 48 hours after the cart is abandoned. Your mobile number, consent record, opt in timestamp, opt in source, and the disclosure shown at sign up are stored separately and kept for at least 5 years under the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier codes of conduct. All data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, and audit logging.

Transmission

Cart and consent data move between our website and our SMS platform over encrypted connections, and reminder messages are sent only to numbers that have opted in. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are kept for at least 5 years as described above.

How we protect your information

We use industry standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and a secure, confidential checkout, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

How do I access, change, or opt out?

You can update your details by logging into your account or by contacting us. To stop marketing, use the opt out link in any promotional email, reply STOP to any text, or contact customer service, and we will add you to our do not contact list. Email requests can take up to 10 days, and postal requests 6 to 8 weeks, to process, during which you may still receive some messages.

Your privacy rights by region

California

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See our Notice at Collection (California) for full details.

Other US states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Florida, Oregon, Texas, and Montana have rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. Submit a request through our data requests page.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. We process your data on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with the law.

Canada

Under PIPEDA, Canadian residents can access and correct their personal information and ask how it is handled.

Japan

Under the APPI, residents of Japan can request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal information.

Australia and New Zealand

Under the Australian Privacy Act and the New Zealand Privacy Act, residents can access and correct their personal information, and we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority of any data breach likely to cause serious harm.

Children's privacy

This is an adult website intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised policy, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
